Sales Manager

We are looking for sales managers on commission, remote.

We are Nightloom Development, a development team. We build backends and APIs, integrations, automation (n8n, Make), AI features, servers, and deployment.

What is needed: find companies and agencies that need this kind of work and bring them to us. You don't need to understand the tech: estimations, deadlines, and technical calls are on us.

Payment is a percentage of each client payment: • 15% - you provided a contact of a person who needs the work • 20% - you led them to a call or correspondence with a clear technical task (TZ) • 25% - you yourself led them to prepayment

From repeat orders from your client, you get the same percentage for six months, then half for another six months. Payment is made after the client's payment, via Payoneer or crypto.

Example: you led a $2,000 project to a call with a TZ - you get $400.

There is no base salary, we do not provide leads. We do not take clients from the Russian Federation.
