XMethod is a low-code/no-code development agency (FlutterFlow, Webflow, Make, etc.). We work with clients from the USA and Europe in HealTech, EdTech, HRTech, and other fields. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can manage deals internationally and understands the specifics of agency business.
Responsibilities: — Full sales cycle in foreign markets (from lead to deal closure). — Negotiations and presentations in German (B2+). — CRM management, sales funnel monitoring. — Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. — Handling inbound leads and lead generation (including via LinkedIn). — Contribution to the development of the company's sales strategy.
Requirements: — At least 3 years of experience in the IT sector (mandatory with international clients). — Successful case studies of contracts concluded with foreign clients. — Experience in custom development agencies (outsourcing / custom development) is a big plus. — German language — B2+, confident negotiation and presentation skills. — LinkedIn proficiency (search, communication, outreach). — Understanding of B2B sales in digital/development. — Independence, results-orientation, ability to build trusting relationships.
Conditions: — Fully remote work. — Base salary from $2000/month (depending on experience) + 5% of closed deals. — Growth opportunities to Head of Sales and department building. — Direct interaction with international clients.
