Business Development Manager (B2B / Web3 Payments) Wanted

About the company PintoPay is an international fintech company at the intersection of crypto, fiat, and digital payments. We are building a global infrastructure for B2B businesses worldwide. We have a working, profitable product, a strong team, and no bureaucracy. We are looking for a systematic B2B hunter to sell our key infrastructure products: White Label platforms and payment API gateways.

▪️Key tasks: ▫️End-to-End Sales: Sourcing and attracting B2B clients (iGaming, Crypto, Forex, High-Risk merchants). ▫️Complex Product Sales: Presenting and closing deals for White Label platforms and API acquiring (crypto + fiat). ▫️C-level Negotiations: Engaging with CEOs/CPOs/Heads of Payments, agreeing on commercial terms and contracts. ▫️Events and Networking: Representing the brand at key conferences (SiGMA, ICE, Token2049) and collecting leads "in the field". ▫️Pipeline Management: Maintaining CRM, revenue forecasting, and handing over clients for technical onboarding.

▪️What we expect: ▫️Experience: 3+ years in active B2B sales (iGaming, Crypto, Web3, PSP / High-Risk Payments). ▫️Technical Acumen: Understanding of API documentation, crypto acquiring mechanics, processing, and White Label architecture. ▫️Warm Network: Having your own warm base of merchants and partners is a plus. ▫️Mindset: Autonomy, high work speed, and focus on financial results.
