IT Sales Manager (Outstaffing experience required)

Requirements: Proven experience in IT services sales (outstaffing experience is mandatory). Willingness to actively engage in cold sales: seeking new clients and partners for outstaff development teams. Residence outside the Russian Federation (preferably in Europe or CIS countries). English language proficiency at B2 level or higher for fluent communication with English-speaking clients. Understanding of the IT market and outstaffing specifics. Ability to think strategically, set goals, and achieve results. Focus on long-term cooperation and income growth through KPI achievement. When applying, use the subject line: [SALES KVAN].
