Luxury Online Sales Specialist / Sales Manager
OSKELLY is the largest wardrobe management ecosystem and a leader in the luxury and premium segments. We are developing several business lines in Russia and abroad.
We are looking for an online sales manager who can build strong communication with clients, work with high-value products, manage deals from the first contact to purchase, and influence revenue through a personal approach, upselling, and repeat sales.
Responsibilities
- advise clients on the platform's assortment and OSKELLY services
- process incoming inquiries and support the client at all stages of the deal
- meet personal sales targets and work to increase the average check
- develop and support VIP clients
- create personalized offers, work on upsells and repeat sales
- maintain the client database and record communication in CRM
- interact with related teams: logistics, authentication, client service, and other internal departments
We expect
- at least 1 year of experience in sales, client service, or luxury retail
- experience in online sales and communication with clients through digital channels: messengers, CRM, social media
- ability to meet personal sales targets and work according to KPIs
- understanding of VIP service principles and a high level of client support
- knowledge of key brands and current models. Interest in the fashion and luxury segment
- ability to handle objections, retain clients, and build long-term relationships
- fluent oral and written communication
- a high level of responsibility, results orientation, and strong client focus
