The Tomer confectionery factory is looking for a Private Label Project Manager.

Since 1998, they have been producing authentic Russian chocolate from natural and healthy ingredients.

Responsibilities will include:

Working with an existing client base (2 retail chains):

• Managing Private Label projects: supplies of current assortment, shipment control at all stages. Partner payment terms. Warehouse stocks.
• Product support for Private Label design, operational edits, and approval from both sides, preparing assortment for work with Data Matrix.
• Increasing supply volumes, growing turnover for each SKU.
• Increasing the number of SKUs in retail chains for Private Label projects.
• Fulfilling service orders from the direct supervisor within the company's Private Label contracts.
• Developing incoming cold contacts and attracting/searching for new partners, with whom a negotiation process will be conducted from idea to launch (gathering requirements -> samples -> layout approval -> contract signing -> delivery).
• Cooperation with wholesale partners, control of finished products and packaging, timely replenishment of warehouse stocks and planning.
• Analytics at all stages: analysis of competitors, prices, trends, as well as partner KPIs (sales, margin) after launch.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the principles of supplying food products to retail chains.
• Understanding of food production processes and Private Label -> retail supply.
• Negotiation and business correspondence skills.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, Excel.
• Experience working with federal retail chains on Private Label projects will be an advantage.
