Keygo - a startup in the short-term rental segment: we are already market leaders in Armenia and are growing rapidly in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other Russian millionaire cities. We manage apartments and earn by renting them out at higher-than-market prices through data, analytics, and a systematic approach. We are growing 2x year-on-year, which is why we now need someone who can scale revenue management at the same pace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Keygo consistently earns more from the same apartments than the surrounding market through a combination of pricing, data, product, and economics. Build a system that can withstand business growth many times over without a proportional increase in team size.
• Lead and develop a team of 4 people. PriceLabs, PMS, calculators, and reporting are already in place - the task is not to build from scratch, but to develop and scale the system.
• Be responsible for the pricing strategy and unit economics of the portfolio: average check, profitability, and occupancy by property, city, and channel.
• Establish object segmentation, build and validate pricing strategies, models, and forecasts, and view the portfolio as a single system, not a collection of individual apartments.
• Analyze the market, demand, seasonality, events, and competitor actions, and convert this data into additional revenue.
• Validate models, forecasts, and algorithm accuracy. Formulate and rigorously test hypotheses with data.
• Automate analytics and pricing so that the team primarily works with exceptions, rather than manually processing each unit.
• Influence the business beyond pricing: on product, property listings, and rental conditions, and also argue constructively with the operations team and founders if the data suggests otherwise.

Who we are looking for We are looking for someone from ride-hailing, car-sharing, or kick-scooter sharing, where you already live by this logic: inventory is limited, demand fluctuates hourly, and if you miss the moment, the opportunity to earn is gone forever. We are looking for someone who will work side-by-side with me and Gevorg Beglarian. Without long approval chains and tedious corporate processes, straight into numbers, decisions, and real results.

1. Experience of personal responsibility for pricing and profitability.
2. Experience managing a team, not just processes.
3. Confident work with large datasets and readiness to dive into the numbers independently.
4. Understanding of how price, demand, and supply affect business results.
5. And finally, readiness to quickly understand the specifics of short-term rentals and take responsibility for business results.
