Hello everyone! 😊 Our team at Hypercell Games 🚀 is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager who is capable of independently launching and managing paid campaigns, while simultaneously building a structured and scalable approach to growth.

🔥 What you will do:

• Be responsible for user acquisition (UA) results for our portfolio of puzzle/word genre games.
• Independently launch and manage paid user acquisition campaigns for key projects.
• Ensure the stability and high performance of the main (flagship) product, as well as develop projects in early stages (soft-launch).
• Develop expertise and increase advertising budgets on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok (and other relevant traffic sources).
• Plan budgets and growth targets on a horizon of 1 to 3 months.
• Manage the full UA cycle: from generating and testing hypotheses to scaling and shutting down ineffective activities.
• Work with the Product and Analytics teams to improve player lifetime value (LTV) and payback periods.
• Collaborate with the creative team: generate hypotheses, create briefs, analyze creative performance, and implement findings.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, decisions made, and next steps.

🔥 Who we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in user acquisition (User Acquisition) for mobile games.
• Proven experience independently launching and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
• Deep expertise in at least two channels from the following list: Google Ads, Meta, AppLovin, Apple Search Ads.
• Understanding of unit economics for games with a long payback period.
• Ability to work with LTV/ROAS metrics, not just cost per install (CPI).
• Experience working with SKAdNetwork and understanding data privacy-related limitations.
• Strong experience in attribution and analytics (AppsFlyer or Adjust; Firebase or similar tools).
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for results.
• Experience closely collaborating with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams.
• English proficiency sufficient for communicating with advertising platforms and partners.
