Head of UA

This is a large-scale position: monthly marketing budgets in the seven-figure range, an audience in over 70 countries, and the project itself has already generated over $2.5 billion over its entire lifetime.

You will be responsible for:

• Determining UA and marketing strategy and ensuring its implementation
• Developing acquisition in core channels
• Driving creative growth
• Implementing product changes to grow key metrics
• Implementing hypothesis-driven work cycles
• Building UA algorithmization
• Establishing a system for monitoring key metrics and a crisis response system
• Strengthening the UA team
• Building cross-team interactions

You will be successful if you have:

• Experience in UA for products with a similar business model (we have in-app monetization, f2p).
• Deep understanding of UA, tools, and key metrics.
• Business-oriented thinking - you understand not only 'what' and 'how' to do, but also 'why'.
• Creative approach and the ability to turn ideas into effective marketing initiatives.
• Ability to build productive inter-team communication
• Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
