About your role

We are looking for a Head of User Acquisition to empower our marketing team, working on Hero Wars: Dominion Era. It’s a large-scale role: monthly marketing budgets in the 7-digit range, a user base across 70+ countries, and a game that has already generated more than $1.7B in lifetime revenue. You’ll lead a team of up to 15 talented professionals and will have the opportunity to shape both strategy and execution.

What you’ll do

• Drive the end-to-end marketing process — from idea and testing to full execution and final delivery.
• Design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns for Hero Wars: Dominion Era, collaborating closely with creative, UA, and analytics teams.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from concept and briefing to execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare insights, and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication.
• Experiment with new marketing channels, formats, and approaches to drive user acquisition and retention.

• Proven experience in marketing within gaming, entertainment, fintech or digital products.
• Solid understanding of user acquisition, digital advertising tools, and campaign metrics.
