Performance UA & Creative Lead

We are a team developing the midcore mobile RTS Wargard ( Wargard ). We are looking for someone who will take on performance marketing as a system: from traffic acquisition to creative production and deep analytics.

The Role

This is not a narrow UA role, nor is it an isolated "creative person." This is an owner of growth: someone who implements the entire funnel—acquisition → creative → metrics → scaling.

Responsibilities

• Paid traffic management: launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, ad networks)
• Building and managing UA funnels for different geos and hypotheses
• Setting creative tasks: formulating hypotheses, briefs, controlling production, iterations
• Systematic testing: creatives, audiences, placements, approaches
• Working with analytics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, cohort analysis
• Interpreting data and making decisions (what to scale, what to kill)
• Interacting with the product team (features, events, offers for monetization and marketing)
• Searching for and connecting new channels and networks
• Building repeatable processes (creative pipelines, tests, reporting)

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing / UA (mobile apps or games)
• Understanding creatives as a performance driver (not "banners for the sake of banners"), experience managing in-house and/or external creative teams
• Confident work with metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention
• Experience with advertising platforms (Meta / Google / DSP)
• Skill in formulating hypotheses and setting up tests
• Analytical thinking: ability to read numbers and draw conclusions from them
• Experience with tracking (Adjust / AppsFlyer or analogues)
• Autonomy: ability to build processes, not wait for them
• Understanding of creative patterns in gaming (gameplay, fake ads, hooks)
