What you will be doing

• Participate in and support the development of Yota's brand strategy, including key messages, visual and semantic brand codes
• Lead the execution of federal advertising campaigns from brief preparation (setting a high bar for idea, visual language, and quality of execution) to production (on-set presence is a must). All in the name of executing the brand's mid-term and long-term communication strategy
• Oversee the creation of creative materials across all key channels: TV, digital, OOH, retail, photo, landing pages, branded special projects, and collaborative formats (led by other functions). The final say – and responsibility – is yours
• Lead the development of brand guides, tone of voice, and rules for applying brand identity across various formats and media. Guard their execution and correct application, and mercilessly penalize any mistakes, including your supervisor
• Effectively build relationships and manage external partners – agencies. Manage workload, clear execution timelines, and budget
• Love, understand (prompt within the team), and interpret trends and hype. Everywhere: in the digital environment, fashion, music, visual culture, and consumer behavior. Anything that can help the brand stay current and relevant to the audience

What you need for this

• Experience as a Brand Manager / Marketing Manager from 2–4 years
• Proven experience in creating and launching 360 creative campaigns (including TV) is a must – examples of completed projects with strong communication and creative components
• Experience managing agencies and handling multiple projects simultaneously, time management
• Proactiveness, initiative, and the ability to defend strong decisions
• High level of exposure, excellent sense of style, and understanding of how visual codes, fashion, pop culture, digital aesthetics, and modern content work
• Ability to see details: composition, typography, tempo, intonation, casting, styling, copy, motion, idea presentation
• Understanding how to turn trends into brand solutions, not just copy “what zoomers like now”
• Strong writing skills: briefs, presentations, key messages, argumentation of ideas
• Ability to maintain a high standard and provide precise, constructive feedback to designers, copywriters, producers, and agencies
• Readiness to work full-time in the office (remote and hybrid work is not available)
