We are looking for a Brand Lead for the 2GIS app in the Russian Federation, who will build the brand function: goals, roles, artifacts, operating rules, process calendar.
Brand strategy: positioning, brand platform, tone of voice, messaging.

What you will do:
- Budgeting and defense: forms the budget, justifies investments, defends at committees, is responsible for effectiveness (including brand metrics);
- Stakeholder management: builds agreements with marketing/product/PR/HR/commerce, manages expectations, knows how to say "no" and defend focus.;
- Develop and scale the brand platform with a focus on the 2GIS app and its user scenarios;
- Processes within the company: how the brand serves the business (briefs, prioritization, approvals, campaign launches, guidelines, quality control);

- Brand strategy: positioning, brand platform, tone of voice, messaging;
- Management of metrics and project effectiveness: analyze the results of advertising campaigns and special projects;
- Present results and conclusions to the team and stakeholders;
- Optimize strategy based on insights and analytics.
This is a person who:
- Translates business goals into brand goals and an annual/quarterly roadmap.
- Initiates and uses research (brand tracking, U&A, segmentation), formulates hypotheses, and makes data-driven decisions.
- Builds an end-to-end process for launching brand initiatives: brief → development → approvals → launch → post-analysis.
- Sets up prioritization, SLA, and transparent rules for interaction with stakeholders.
- Ensures brand quality and consistency: guidelines, reviews, brand committee if necessary.
- Manages stakeholders: map, expectations, conflicts; facilitates discussions and defends decisions.
- Plans and defends the budget, prepares cost estimates; increases the effectiveness of the campaign mix and unit economics.
- Is responsible for brand metrics (awareness, consideration, preference, NPS/brand love, SOV, ad recall) and regular reporting.
- Manages the team and contractors: hiring/development, task assignment, deadline/quality/budget control.
- Maintains the brand framework and acts as a partner for the business.
