Senior Brand Strategist
The team is currently working on the major task of forming the brand strategy for the ecosystem, brand architecture, and brand strategies for individual business lines.
In this role, you will participate in the development and evolution of Sber's brand strategy, help create strategic solutions for sub-brands and subsidiaries, and work on implementing unified brand principles within the ecosystem.
We are looking for someone who can work with uncertainty, see the connections between business, product, and brand, and translate complexity into clarity.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of the positioning for Sber and its ecosystem brand
- Develop value propositions and brand platforms for the ecosystem's sub-brands and subsidiaries
- Participate in the development of principles for implementing and scaling the new brand strategy within the ecosystem
- Initiate and support qualitative and quantitative research in collaboration with the research team. Formulate strategic recommendations based on research and analytics
- Conduct market analysis, competitive environment analysis, and socio-cultural trend analysis. Prepare strategic presentations, analytical materials, and recommendations for internal clients
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, design, research teams, and external contractors.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a brand strategist on the client side or at a branding, creative, or digital agency
- Practical experience in developing positioning, brand platforms, brand architecture, or brand development strategies
- Proficiency in strategic tools and frameworks and an understanding of how to choose the right approach for a specific task
- Developed critical thinking skills and the ability to ask the right questions to get to the heart of the matter
- Ability to build a structured process for working on strategic projects
- Skill in preparing logical, concise, and persuasive presentations.
- Business-oriented approach and an understanding of how a brand helps solve company tasks
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Will be an advantage:
