I am looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition.
This is a position for someone who is ready to build a modern talent acquisition function practically "from scratch", strengthen the employer brand, and provide the company with the strongest experts on the market.
🎯 Position Goal:
Creation of a modern Talent Acquisition function that ensures the timely attraction of top specialists, the development of a strong employer HR brand, and the formation of a sustainable external talent pool to support business scaling.
💼 Main Tasks and Challenges:
- Development and implementation of a recruitment strategy for all business areas of the company.
- Formation and development of a recruitment team, increasing the efficiency of processes and quality of hire.
- Development of Executive Search, Talent Mapping, and direct search systems for key and expert positions.
- In collaboration with marketing and PR teams, building a strong employer brand, developing and promoting the EVP.
- Implementation of modern automation tools (ATS/CRM), budget management, and in-depth analysis of key HR metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, OAR).
- Development of internal/external referral programs, partnership with universities and professional communities.
📌 Our Expectations from the Candidate:
- Experience: at least 7 years in recruitment and at least 3 years in a leadership position (experience in building a TA function and managing a team is mandatory).
- Desirable experience in companies undergoing active growth, scaling, or digital transformation (priority is given to candidates from large technology, logistics, retail, or international manufacturing companies).
- Russian and Kazakh — fluent (must have), English — Intermediate level and above.
- Deep knowledge of Executive Search technologies, Boolean Search, HR marketing, analytics, candidate assessment methods, and Candidate Experience standards.
- Strategic thinking, leadership qualities, high emotional intelligence (EQ), proactivity, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
