Company: Inwizo Position: Financial institutions partnership manager Location: Cyprus/remote

About the company: An international payment company operating with global markets and various business segments. The company develops payment infrastructure, acquiring, and alternative payment solutions, collaborates with merchants in different regions, and actively scales its business worldwide.

**Responsibilities: **- Search and onboarding: PSP (acquirers, gateways) VASP (crypto / on-off ramp) Alternative Payment Methods (APM)

• Development of a partner network to increase approval rate
• Negotiation of processing conditions, commissions, routing
• Managing integrations together with Product and Tech teams
• Optimization of payment flows (cascading, routing)
• Analysis of partner effectiveness (conversion, decline rate)
• Participation in industry events (payments / crypto)

**Requirements:

Mandatory:**

• 3+ years of experience in PSP / payments / crypto / VASP
• Hands-on experience onboarding: payment providers alternative payment methods
• Understanding of: payment processing routing / cascading approval rate / conversion
• Experience with high-risk processing
• Existing contacts among PSP / crypto providers

**Will be a plus: **- Experience in payment orchestration

• Understanding of antifraud / risk scoring
• Experience scaling payment solutions

Candidates with only a banking background (no experience in PSP / processing / APM) will not be considered.
