Company: Inwizo Position: BDM (Financial institutions partnership manager) Location: Cyprus/remote

About the company: An international payment company operating with global markets and various business segments. The company develops payment infrastructure, acquiring, and alternative payment solutions, collaborates with merchants in different regions, and actively scales its business worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and onboarding: PSP (acquirers, gateways) VASP (crypto / on-off ramp) alternative payment methods (APM)
• Developing a partner network to increase approval rates
• Negotiating terms for processing, commissions, routing
• Managing integrations together with Product and Tech teams
• Optimizing payment flows (cascading, routing)
• Analyzing partner effectiveness (conversion, decline rate)
• Participating in industry events (payments / crypto)

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• 3+ years of experience in PSP / payments / crypto / VASP
• Practical experience onboarding: payment providers alternative payment methods
• Understanding of: payment processing routing / cascading approval rate / conversion
• Experience with high-risk processing
• Existing contacts among PSP / crypto providers

Will be a plus:

• Experience in payment orchestration
• Understanding of antifraud / risk scoring
• Experience scaling payment solutions

Candidates with only a banking background (without experience in PSP / processing / APM) will not be considered.
