Candidate Expectations

• Has experience with self-service devices and terminal equipment (SSD and TE)
• Knows the technical characteristics and operating principles of service maintenance for self-service devices and terminal equipment
• Knows labor protection, safety, sanitation, and fire safety rules and regulations;
• Has business communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Daily monitoring of SLA indicators, KTO, FD, self-service devices, and terminal equipment (SSD and TE) status
• Participation in organizing pilot projects within the framework of SSD and TE service maintenance
• Participation in the development and implementation of new automated monitoring tools for SSD and TE
• Development, implementation of new, and optimization of existing business processes for SSD and TE service maintenance
• Reconciliation with service partners of performed work within the scope of provided service for SSD and TE
