BizDev / Sales Manager (International Merchants) 📍Remote

About the company (NDA): an international Fintech company that helps businesses accept local bank payments.

🔹 What you will do:

• Attract international merchants (betting, gambling, high-risk) for connection to payment channels.
• Manage deals from initial negotiations to contract signing and launch.
• Sell payment solutions in 20+ countries in Africa.
• Build your own base of potential clients.
• Work closely with account managers.
• Maintain direct communication with the Chief Operating Officer and shareholders.

🟪 What we expect from the candidate:

• At least 1 year of sales experience in the high-risk sector is mandatory (betting, gambling, affiliate programs).
• Understanding of the specifics of working with international merchants.
• Skills in independently managing deals.
• Conversational English.
