💫 VIP Manager / VIP Call Center Agent (iGaming)
Локация: Remote Full-time
Responsibilities: VIP Manager: • Manage and develop relationships with VIP players • Handle retention and reactivation of VIP clients • Create personalized offers, bonuses and reward strategies • Monitor player activity, revenue and KPIs • Resolve player issues and provide high-level support • Analyze player behavior and segment VIP audience • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies • Prepare reports and KPI tracking
VIP Call Center / Support: • Communicate with VIP players via chat, email and calls • Handle incoming VIP requests and support cases • Assist with KYC verification and document checks • Escalate complex VIP issues when needed • Work with internal systems (CRM / JIRA or similar) • Ensure fast, high-quality VIP service and resolution
Requirements: • Experience in iGaming (VIP Support / VIP Call Center / VIP Management will be an advantage) • Strong communication and customer orientation skills • Ability to work in a multitasking environment • Understanding of VIP player needs and product specifics • Ability to maintain high service standards • English — Intermediate or higher
