VIP Manager | iGaming | Remote
We're looking for a VIP Manager for our client — an established iGaming company with a long-standing market presence, teams across several countries, and a product portfolio spanning Tier 1–3.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with VIP players
- Reactivate "sleeping" VIP clients
- Grow player deposits and LTV
- Manage personalized communication (calls, email, messengers, live chat)
- Handle VIP player requests quickly and effectively
What matters to us:
- 2+ years of experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming (Tier-1 experience is a plus)
- Fluent Ukrainian/Russian, English from C1
- Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented
