Head of Sales and Marketing Department / Head of Subscription Direction

Your Areas of Responsibility

1. Network Revenue and LTV Management: Achieving planned targets for the network and individual locations, managing the tariff structure, controlling the average check, preventing churn, and minimizing the share of unsuccessful recurring payments.
2. Marketing and CAC Management: Developing technical specifications (briefs) for advertising agencies, end-to-end lead attribution to payment, controlling unit economics of channels, and building hyperlocal marketing within a 1 km radius of each club (targeting residents of specific residential complexes).
3. Automation, AI, and CRM Funnel: Setting up digital funnels without reception (app, website, messengers), administering Bitrix24 (smart processes, robots, auto-funnels), implementing AI tools and voice agents for customer base management without expanding staff.
4. Churn and NPS Management as a Commercial Function: RFM segmentation of the customer base, onboarding new clients, regular NPS collection, identifying reasons for churn, and relaying operational signals (e.g., equipment malfunctions) to the relevant department.
5. Pre-sale for New Locations: Building a subscription customer base before the physical opening of a club and bringing new locations to planned performance levels within the first quarter.
6. Team Management: Managing 3 sales and retention managers, maintaining regular management rhythm, developing dashboards, and configuring analytics.

What We Expect from the Candidate

• Experience in B2C Subscription / Recurring Models for 3+ years (STRICTLY MANDATORY!): Practical experience managing commercial/marketing operations in SaaS, B2C subscription services, or subscription-based clubs, where key metrics are Churn Rate, retention, and LTV.
• Deep Analytical Foundation and Unit Economics: Ability to work with metrics like CAC, LTV, ARPU, Churn Rate (in user numbers and lost revenue), cohort analysis skills.
• Contractor Management under P&L: Skill in briefing advertising agencies and demanding results in terms of ROI (CAC/ROMI) and paying subscribers, not just clicks, reach, and CPL.
• Personal Adoption and Implementation of AI: Ability to independently learn and implement AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, neural prompts, smart bots, voice agents), focusing only on those that genuinely reduce manual labor and increase revenue.
• Pragmatism and Hands-on Approach: Willingness at the outset to personally write briefs, scripts, CRM configurations, and dashboards without requesting an expansion of staff with assistants and analysts.
