VACANCY: Team Lead CRM ⤵️

An international company in the iGaming sector with over 75 countries of experience. We are looking for an experienced specialist with a successful background in iGaming for the position of: Team Lead CRM

🌐 Key tasks:

• Development of CRM strategy for the B2B direction • Setting up and optimizing communications in Customer.io • Building lifecycle chains: onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation • Audience segmentation and personalized scenarios • Launching email, push, in-app, and trigger campaigns • Performance analysis: OR, CTR, CR, retention, churn, LTV • Forming hypotheses for growth in engagement and retention • Optimization of current CRM flows and automations • Managing a small CRM team and developing processes • Cross-functional interaction with Product, Sales, Marketing, BI, Tech, Support • Conducting A/B tests and implementing improvements

📊 Candidate requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM • Experience as a Lead / Team Lead CRM or readiness to take ownership • Practical experience with Customer.io • Experience in B2B SaaS / affiliate / fintech / digital / iGaming • Understanding of B2B communication specifics (long sales cycle, nurturing, onboarding) • Skills in building automated funnels and trigger scenarios • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making • Experience with A/B tests and communication optimization • Ability to work cross-functionally • Systemic approach, independence, attention to detail

Will be a plus

• Experience in iGaming, betting, affiliate, or high-risk niches • Working with international markets • Building a CRM department from scratch or after an audit • Experience managing a small team • Basic knowledge of SQL, BI, or product analytics
