A dynamically developing Group of Companies (several business lines) is looking for a Head of Marketing Department – someone who can build a unified marketing system and elevate brands to a new level.
What you will do:
- Manage company marketing. Define priorities with management, form a work plan and budget, link marketing tasks with commercial goals.
- Develop online projects. Organize work on websites, content, online promotion, and improving the customer journey from initial contact to inquiry.
- Lead a team. Set clear tasks, distribute workload, monitor deadlines and quality. Review the department's structure considering actual tasks and employee competencies.
- Coordinate advertising and design. Ensure the preparation of advertising materials and visual communications, coordinate priorities for commercial and decorative tasks.
- Work with other departments. Together with sales and customer-facing employees, identify needs, prepare proposals, and resolve issues affecting inquiries and sales.
- Manage contractors and expenses. Develop technical specifications, select contractors, accept work, and evaluate its business value.
- Improve processes. Implement suitable automation and AI tools to accelerate material preparation, analysis, and repetitive tasks.
- Develop the company's product line
- Research, develop, and implement new product promotion methods
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in leading a marketing team and implementing projects with measurable results;
- Good understanding of internet marketing, website operation, content, advertising, and analytics; ability to set specific tasks for specialists and evaluate performance;
- Ability to manage multiple business lines simultaneously and justify resource allocation between them;
- Ability to work with the existing team: assess employees' strengths, develop them, and build a clear system of responsibility;
- Combines commercial thinking, organization, and attention to the quality of materials.
