Your tasks will include:**
- Dive into the project specifics: understand the user journey, identify corner cases, and build CJMs;
- Participate in automation within your areas: collaborate with business analysts to prepare scripts for chatbots;
- Write simple and clear templates for customer support;
- Analyze user inquiries and share feedback with stakeholders;
- Ensure texts comply with the editorial policy and the required tone of voice;
- Communicate extensively with colleagues from other departments, especially with product managers, business analysts, and lawyers.
We expect you to have:
- At least two years of experience as a UX Editor or in similar roles;
- Prior experience in an IT company and an understanding of product development processes;
- Participation in project activities;
- Experience writing articles for Help sections or internal knowledge bases;
- The ability to view scenarios holistically and prepare CJMs based on them;
- Proficiency in working with reports in BI or Redash;
- Ability to maintain a consistent tone of voice;
- Skills in organizing workflow: prioritizing tasks, considering risks, and monitoring deadlines;
- Ability to build communication within the team and with related departments;
- Readiness for frequent changes, new processes, and the dynamic nature of an IT company.
