Yandex 360 is Disk, Mail, Documents, Calendar, Telemost, and other collaboration services with a multi-million audience. Our products are suitable for both personal tasks and businesses of any scale. Our UX editing team actively participates in creating these products — and we are looking for a lead for it.

The editing team consists of seven people — all experienced, independent writers. We are responsible not only for texts in interfaces but also for related formats: for example, automatic emails and changelogs in stores. We also have many initiatives to develop the team itself: we are implementing AI and research, maintaining a knowledge base, and creating internal guides. The lead will manage a subgroup of three to four people within this team and will also be responsible for writing texts himself/herself for about a third of their workload.

This is a temporary position, for approximately one to one and a half years. There will be prospects for staying on — we are part of a large product editing department, which almost always needs great managers.
