What you will be doing:
- Developing and scaling the company's internal technical infrastructure;
- Designing and implementing internal services, automation tools, and corporate systems;
- Auditing existing technical solutions and proposing ways to improve them;
- Managing technical projects: from requirements gathering to commissioning;
- Developing development processes, increasing task completion speed, and the quality of technical solutions;
- Coordinating the work of the technical team and building effective interaction with internal customers;
- Participating in the formation of technical strategy and setting infrastructure development priorities;
- Strengthening the team when necessary: participating in hiring, specialist development, and building the department structure.
Our expectations:
- We do not consider specialists without experience as Tech Lead / CTO in arbitration;
- Experience in managing a technical team and implementing complex infrastructure projects;
- Ability to design the architecture of internal services and make technical decisions considering business scaling;
- Experience in developing or implementing corporate systems (CRM, ERP, internal services, automation tools, analytical platforms, etc.);
- Strong technical project management skills: audit, prioritization, planning, and execution control;
- Experience in building development processes, team interaction, and improving the efficiency of the technical department;
- Understanding of modern approaches to DevOps, cloud infrastructure, security, and fault tolerance;
- Willingness to take responsibility for the development of the technical direction and propose initiatives that affect business efficiency.
