🚀 We are looking for a Sales Manager VIP (with knowledge of French) | Remote
Responsibilities: 🤝 Proactively interact with VIP players (calls, chats, email) 📊 Monitor player activity and key financial indicators (KPI) 🎁 Manage bonuses, rewards, and personalized offers 🔄 Reactivate inactive players and increase their lifetime value (LTV) 📝 Prepare reports on the results of working with the VIP segment
✅ 🇫🇷 Fluent in French (level B1–C2) — the primary language for communication with clients
