Who we are looking for:

This is not a role for someone who purely manages Jira, collects statuses, and reminds the team about deadlines. The main task is to take the agreed product priority and deliver it to a working and reliable result in production.

The Product Manager defines priorities, expected results, and success criteria. The Delivery Manager is responsible for the entire technical implementation – from decomposition to release and verification of the result in production.

What you will be doing:

— responsible for end-to-end delivery of features, system improvements, and releases; — transforming product requirements into epics, technical streams, tasks, dependencies, and release plans; — managing execution, distributing responsibility, eliminating blockers, and controlling risks; — moderating technical discussions, asking the right questions, and challenging weak or incomplete solutions; — making operational decisions during implementation, changing the order of work, proposing scope compromises, and stopping unfinished releases; — ensuring transparency on timelines, responsibilities, risks, decisions, and release status; — verifying release quality through dashboards, monitoring, logs, and test results.

Requirements:

— 4+ years of experience in technical delivery, technical project management, engineering management, or a similar role; — 4+ years of hands-on development experience (no more than 5 years ago): preferably full-stack; — experience working with customer-facing products; — experience managing delivery in teams of 15+ people and multiple technical streams simultaneously; — good understanding of frontend, backend, API, databases, integrations, queues, infrastructure, testing, monitoring, and production operations; — ability to understand complex systems and speak the same language as engineers and Tech Leads; — strong business analysis skills: ability to identify missing requirements, edge cases, dependencies, and risks; — experience with monitoring, analytics, dashboards, and logs; — independence, responsibility for the final result, and ability to achieve execution.

Will be a plus: Tech Lead experience, as well as experience with AI agents, browser automation, distributed systems, scraping, third-party integrations, anti-bot systems, captcha, rate limits, and unstable external interfaces.
