Head of Online Merchandising
Required experience: 3 to 6 years
Full-time, 5/2, remote work
You will be working in the online merchandising department, a team of employees responsible for managing the assortment of goods on the website and in the app to improve user experience.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Lead the operational activities of the online merchandising department
- Coordinate interaction with related departments (product, content, analytics)
- Monitor the e-commerce market and best practices, implement new approaches
- Organize testing of new website functionality
- Work on improving the entire customer journey (from search and recommendations to the product card)
- Deeply dive into analytics and track KPI performance
- Prepare regular reports for management
- Increase process efficiency through automation
- Plan and control the payroll fund (FOT)
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:
- Similar experience as a manager in e-commerce for at least 3 years
- Experience in online merchandising will be an advantage
- Proficiency in English (required level B1/B2)
- Basic understanding of working with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar systems
- Ability to work with a large volume of information and different types of tasks
