CPB Platform / Custom Product Builder

Format: Remote, full-time Compensation: $5–7/hour Schedule: work in MSK timezone or significant overlap with MSK working hours

CPB Platform is an international B2B SaaS company that develops solutions for product customization and e-commerce.

We are looking for a Customer Support specialist or a communicative junior with a technical background: QA, Dev, DevOps, PM or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• communicate with clients in English and Russian; • help users work with the product; • handle incoming requests; • troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to the development team; • support clients and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• fluent English and fluent Russian; • technical background: experience, courses, certificates or junior-level knowledge in QA, Dev, DevOps, PM and related fields; • proficient written communication skills; • attentiveness, responsibility, and ability to understand the product; • willingness to work full-time without combining with other work; • willingness to work in the US timezone or have a significant overlap with US working hours.

Will be a plus:

• experience in Customer Support or Customer Success; • experience working with SaaS, e-commerce or technical products; • understanding of QA processes and interaction with developers.

During the interview, we will assess your experience with projects and products, basic technical knowledge, portfolio, and certificates.
