A Руководитель направления digital маркетинга (Head of Digital Marketing) is required for the ALROSA jewelry group, in the department for the development of the ALROSA Diamond Exclusive program.
ALROSA is the world's largest diamond mining company.
Tasks:
Organic Traffic and SEO:
- Coordinate semantics and form requirements for content;
- Control metadata, H-structure, internal linking, micro-markup, and indexing;
- Track visibility by clusters and snippet CTR, propose new pages and improvements.
Website and Catalog:
- Pre-publish check on desktop and mobile: layout, links, filters, meta, media;
- Propose structure and UX improvements;
- Assign tasks to contractors and accept work based on checklists and deadlines.
Telegram and SMM:
- Publication plan and post releases according to schedule;
- Formulate requirements for copywriters and designers, select visuals, publish;
- Test formats and targeting, scale successful ones.
Content:
- Prepare and edit diamond cards, landing pages, longreads, catalog page content, blog texts;
- Organize diamond photoshoots for the catalog.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Work in GA and Metric: collect data slices by channels and key pages, explain changes;
- Translate findings into specific tasks for the team and contractors;
- Weekly short status update and monthly summary for website/SEO/TG/SMM/advertising with priorities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of similar work experience;
- Experience with analytics systems, good understanding of statistics, knowledge of key metrics;
- Understanding of traffic acquisition tool principles: SEO, contextual advertising, targeting, display advertising, and SMM;
- Experience in comprehensive brand promotion and development;
- Ability to work in a team, systematic thinking, business orientation, responsibility, initiative;
- Advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.;
- Trainability, adaptability - easily acquires new knowledge;
- Self-organization and independence;
- Higher education.
