About the Project We are developing the digital asset cross-exchange trading sector on international CEX platforms like Bybit, OKX, and MEXC. Our primary focus is Cross-Exchange Arbitrage: identifying and exploiting short-term price discrepancies between exchanges, considering spread, liquidity, order book depth, commissions, and execution speed. The work is based on a pre-existing strategy and algorithms. Practical training is provided, so we are open to specialists with experience in trading and cryptocurrencies, as well as candidates with a strong foundational knowledge who are eager to learn a new field.

▪️Responsibilities ▫️Monitor quotes and spreads between Bybit, OKX, and MEXC. ▫️Identify and verify potential arbitrage opportunities. ▫️Execute trades according to established algorithms. ▫️Oversee operations: entry → execution → transfer → exit. ▫️Evaluate liquidity, commissions, slippage, and actual profitability. ▫️Work with the spot market, orders, and trading instruments. ▫️Manage risks and maintain simple operational reporting.

▪️Requirements ▫️Understanding of trading fundamentals, financial markets, or digital assets is a plus. ▫️Experience with Bybit, OKX, MEXC, or other CEX platforms is a bonus. ▫️Familiarity with terms like spread, liquidity, order book, market/limit order is welcome. ▫️Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and responsibility. ▫️Willingness to work according to a defined algorithm. ▫️Specific experience is not required – training is provided.

▪️Conditions ▫️Fully remote work with a flexible schedule. ▫️Practical training in Cross-Exchange Arbitrage with mentor support. ▫️Test capital provided during the training phase for initial operations. ▫️Post-training, the working format may involve using your own trading capital. ▫️Ready-made algorithms for identifying and verifying trading opportunities. ▫️Compensation is based on the actual results of completed trading cycles. ▫️Opportunities for growth in Trading Operations / Market Analysis / Arbitrage Strategies.
