The YES Foreign Languages Study Center is looking for an Academic Director.
The YES Foreign Languages Study Center has been providing educational services in the field of foreign language teaching for over 20 years.
Main Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Creation and updating of curricula, courses, and educational-methodological complexes (EMC) in accordance with state standards (FGOS) or corporate requirements. Testing for program level determination. Tracking effectiveness.
- Methodological Support: Assisting teachers in selecting the most effective forms, methods, and means of teaching.
- Analysis and Control: Observing classes to assess teaching quality, analyzing academic performance, and developing proposals to address identified issues. Communicating with parents of schoolchildren and students to identify program effectiveness.
- Staff Training: Organizing professional development, conducting seminars, master classes, and training sessions for the teaching staff.
- Experience Summarization: Collecting, analyzing, and disseminating advanced domestic and foreign practices in the field of education.
- Documentation Support: Maintaining internal reporting, preparing program-methodological documentation, and ensuring compliance with the academic schedule. Developing staffing tables.
Candidate Expectations:
- Higher Education: Specialist or Master's degree (preferably in pedagogy, a relevant field of organization, or management).
- Management Experience: At least 5 years in leadership positions (in academia, methodological departments, or educational centers).
- Knowledge of Regulatory Framework: Deep understanding of FGOS (if state accreditation is available) and education legislation.
- Methodological Expertise: Ability to develop curricula, evaluate teaching quality, implement modern educational technologies, and track their effectiveness.
- Quality Management: Proficiency in analytical tools for educational outcomes (academic performance, engagement, feedback).
- Leadership and Delegation: Ability to structure the work of the teaching staff and motivate experts.
- Communication Skills: Negotiation skills with partners, clients, and conflict resolution with students.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to adapt programs to changing market demands and target audience needs.
The Company Offers:
- Employment: Service agreement, contract work, civil law contract, self-employed, sole proprietor, Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- Stable salary paid twice a month.
- Schedule: 5/2 from 11:00 to 20:00. Other schedule conditions are possible (open to discussion).
- Vacation: 28 calendar days, paid sick leave.
- Remuneration System: 100,000 – 150,000 rubles.
