Educational integrator Prosveschenie is looking for an Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Management of operational processes: their provision, regulation, analysis, control, automation and optimization, building an effective management system;
- Regular monitoring of key performance indicators of all project departments, preparation of proposals for changes and their implementation;
- Planning and control of financial indicators, budget management, cost optimization, profitability increase;
- Effective cost management;
- Protection and implementation of investment projects and change projects;
- Improvement of business metrics, customer experience, sales, marketing, product;
- Development of new directions: searching for growth opportunities, launching new products and new directions, entering new markets;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of new directions: participation in the formation of new development directions.
What is important for this position:
- At least 5 years of experience in the BigTech/FinTech/EdTech segment in the position of COO, COO-1;
- Experience as an Operations Director, Commercial Director, Crisis Manager, Branch/Department Director in technology companies;
- Strong expertise in commercial products, understanding of marketing and financial metrics, ability to calculate P&L;
- High expertise in the EdTech market (advantage – school EdTech);
- Analytical skills, data-driven decision making;
- Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, establish partnerships and reach agreements;
- Leadership skills, ability to effectively manage a team.
