Requirements: Ability to manage projects and IT teams, create documents and reports. Not necessarily to develop software, but to speak the same language with developers. Experience working with an IT team: understanding the development cycle, the essence and specifics of tasks, nuances and complexities of each stage. Ability to prioritize. Experience with Jira or other task managers. Knowledge of Qlik Sense, Power BI, Google Analytics, Amplitude. Understanding what A/B tests are and how to conduct them. Knowledge of methodologies and tools: Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, Agile. Ability to express thoughts clearly and understandably in writing, to compile technical specifications and formulate hypotheses.
