VkusVill store chain is looking for a CPO for the B2B direction who can form a target product strategy, build a B2B platform, manage the product function and budget, and link product development with key business metrics: GMV, revenue, profitability, and retention.
What you will do:
- Formulate the product strategy for the B2B direction;
- Manage the product function and budget;
- Develop the VkusVill/obed.ru B2B platform;
- Build roadmaps and prioritization;
- Describe and improve customer journeys for corporate clients;
- Collaborate with department heads, IT, architecture, logistics, operations, and sales;
- Reduce duplication of solutions and processes;
- Launch initiatives that impact GMV, revenue, profitability, and customer retention.
Candidate expectations:
- 5-7 years of product experience;
- Experience at CPO/Head of Product/Product Director level;
- Experience managing product function, roadmap, and budget;
- Experience in B2B, B2B2C, e-commerce, retailtech, foodtech, marketplace, or SaaS;
- Ability to work with a complex system and organizational landscape;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Understanding of product economics, metrics, and platform development.
