We are building several products simultaneously — and are looking for a designer who can work in-depth, not just superficially. Layout is not required — only design and project work.
Responsibilities:
- LMS platform (from scratch) — full design cycle from research and user scenarios to final mockups of an educational platform: research and analysis of user scenarios, architecture design, prototyping, final mockups for web and mobile. We are designing an educational platform — a complex product from scratch. This is a task for those who love to delve into logic, not just draw screens.
- Redesign of a large portal — one of the largest content portals in the RuNet with a long history and a broad audience. The task is a complete overhaul of the visual and UX: maintain recognizability, improve navigation, and make the site more user-friendly, maintain recognizability. The scope of work is large, requiring a systematic approach and phased planning.
- Project management system — refinement and development of an existing product: bring the interface to a unified style, improve interaction logic, prepare for scaling. There is a basic design — it needs to be developed into a mature product.
- Design system and UI kits. Design and development of a design system and UI kits for all company products — from scratch or based on existing developments.
- Coordination of junior designer's work on standard and auxiliary tasks. Review of junior designer's work: quality assessment, feedback, assistance in professional growth, setting clear technical specifications and developmental feedback.
- Participation in product discussions, task setting together with the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing complex interfaces: LMS, task trackers, CRM/ERP, or other B2B products.
- Ability to build a design system and UI kit from scratch or develop an existing one.
- Understanding of product design: you think about logic and the user, not just pixels.
- Proficient in Figma — the entire workflow is done in it.
- Willingness to provide feedback to a colleague and help them grow.
- Will be a plus: experience in designing mobile applications, some tasks involve mobile versions of products.
