Chief Financial Officer
📍 International Pharmaceutical and Vaccine Manufacturer
Requirements:
- Fluent French / Native speaker - mandatory, fluent in Russian and English languages
- Education: University degree required; further qualifications or professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent certificates required
- Extensive finance experience in an international sales-driven organization; Regional experience, focus on strategic initiatives and global mindset would be an advantage.
- Experience in fast-moving companies with a hands-on approach to finance, focused on commercial finance, value creation processes, cost efficiency initiatives, profitability and margins.
- Ability to support the Country Manager in co-managing the company, acting as a sparring partner and challenging the status quo.
- Proven experience with diverse international stakeholders - at least 5 years in Russia, possesses strong managerial and leadership skills, as well as experience in managing diverse teams across countries
- Strong communication skills, able to provide clear and concise insights to senior management and other key stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as needed
