Remote work | 10% of personal sales | No income ceiling

We are looking for an experienced wholesale sales manager in fashion who can independently find clients, reach decision-makers, conduct negotiations, and close deals.

We have an active fashion business with a range of women's clothing, including Italian brands. We have current inventory and a significant volume of past-season collections that need to be actively sold through new sales channels.

We are currently looking for someone who will fully take over the development of the wholesale direction.

Your Main Task

Bring new money into the company.

Not just process incoming requests, but independently:

• search for potential buyers;
• form and continuously expand the client base;
• find store owners and decision-makers for purchases;
• contact boutiques, showrooms, clothing stores, online stores, and other B2B clients;
• make cold calls and conduct negotiations;
• present the assortment and commercial offers;
• sell past season residuals;
• develop sales of the current assortment;
• search for new regions and sales channels;
• bring back former clients and develop repeat sales;
• independently manage the client from the first contact to payment;
• control the deal process;
• analyze which offers and channels yield the maximum results.

Especially Important Direction

It is necessary to actively work with stores and boutiques throughout Russia that may be potentially interested in quality women's clothing residuals from past collections.

We are ready to provide the assortment, photos, brand information, and terms.

Your task is to find those to whom this can be sold.

Who We Are Looking For

We are not looking for a beginner manager or someone who is used to working only with incoming requests.

We are looking for an independent specialist with proven sales experience.

It will be a big advantage:

• experience in the fashion industry;
• experience selling clothing, footwear, or accessories;
• experience in the premium / middle+ segment;
• B2B and wholesale sales experience;
• experience working with boutiques and showrooms;
• understanding of how buyers and purchasing managers work;
• possession of your own contact database in fashion retail;
• cold sales experience;
• experience selling past season collections and stock residuals;
• possession of your own database of store owners, purchasing managers, buyers;
• experience in independent territory or direction development.

If you already have an active base of potential clients in fashion — this is a serious advantage.

You receive 10% of the sales amount that you personally brought in and closed.

There is no fixed salary — income directly depends on results.

There is no income ceiling.
