Wholesale Sales Manager (Tea/Coffee Industry)

We are – tea company "Lider" - for 15 years we have been preparing unique tea blends, roasting coffee beans, and delivering quality products under our own brands: LIDER, Nash Krym, Shangri-La, AmoTEA. We have our own production and packaging facility, warehouse capacity, a wide assortment, and high-quality products.

We are actively growing and therefore invite a Sales Manager (remote) to join our team.

• High GUARANTEED monthly income: from 100,000 RUB, 60,000 base salary + KPI + % of sales
• Work schedule 5/2 from 09:00-17:30 Moscow time

What will be your responsibilities?

• Working with the internal client database (reactivation)
• Working with cold leads
• Client support (full cycle)
• Working in Bitrix24
• Maintaining reports

What skills are needed for this?

• Sales experience of 1 year or more: we invest in training and development for our managers, but it’s important for us that you already have practical experience
• Proficiency in negotiation and sales techniques: you will need to meet, communicate, and negotiate with potential clients
• Business communication – by phone and in writing
• Experience in B2B, working with CRM, experience with both cold and warm leads
