Paid Growth Manager
Travelpayouts is an affiliate platform created by the founders of Aviasales, specializing in monetizing travel traffic. We help travel bloggers and webmasters worldwide earn money on their websites using affiliate tools from brands like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Viator, and others.
We are currently looking for a Paid Growth Manager to join the Travelpayouts marketing team. This person will be responsible for attracting and developing partners through paid channels—from hypotheses and launches to optimization and scaling, with a focus on traffic quality and business results.
What you will do
- Manage the paid promo channel: formulate hypotheses, coordinate campaign launches, analyze results, and optimize processes;
- Attract new partners and develop existing ones through paid channels, focusing on quality (ICP) and contribution to product/business metrics;
- Plan and manage the launch calendar, as well as manage the budget: planning, allocation, performance monitoring, and proposals for reallocation;
- Coordinate production: brief designers/copywriters/contractors, review creatives, and track deadlines;
- Document hypotheses and results, as well as monitor channel health and platform risks.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in paid/growth; experience working in fast-growing companies, in limited markets, and in small niches;
- Experience in traffic acquisition; experience with foreign markets is a big plus;
- Experience working with various channels—Meta, Google, LinkedIn; it will be a plus if you have touched Reddit, Quora, and other platforms;
- Experience working with budgets from $10k;
- Ability to link channel performance with business results;
- Ability to read dashboards and reports, perform basic analysis of process and project effectiveness;
- High standards for the quality of creatives and texts, a good eye for design;
- English at B2/C1 level;
- Systematic approach to work, independence, organizational skills.
