Senior Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to build and oversee our financial backbone. Your expertise in IFRS, Chinese tax law, and team leadership will be pivotal in scaling our vibrant beauty brand globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accounting and tax records in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the regulatory acts of the Chinese tax authorities
- Develop the company's accounting policies
- Independently prepare and submit all statutory reports and tax declarations in a timely manner
- Perform month-end closing procedures for management accounting purposes
- Manage and develop the accounting team, including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Handle export and import operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- At least 5 years of successful experience as a Chief Accountant/Head of Accounting in a retail company
- Fluency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
- Experience managing a team of 4 or more people
- Knowledge of Chinese tax regulations
- Experience in supporting import and export operations
- Successful track record of passing audit inspections
- Proficiency in modern accounting software
