Description
Our project is "AI Insurer". It is an LLM model that collects data, analyzes risks, and determines the individual policy cost in real time. We are automating complex business logic and creating a tool that will change the customer journey in insurance.
Responsibilities
- project leadership - acting as a business stakeholder (on the risk side) for the development of an AI agent
- forming detailed business requirements for ML models and decision-making systems
- controlling the model lifecycle (from hypotheses to implementation)
- conducting acceptance testing and quality assurance (QA) of ML solutions
- coordinating the work of Data Scientists (1-2 people) and a cross-functional IT team
- analyzing insurance portfolios, calculating risk metrics, and establishing a system of limits
- ensuring seamless interaction of models with external data sources and customer journeys
Requirements
- relevant higher education (physics/mathematics, technical, or economics)
- work experience: at least 3 years in non-life insurance or relevant consulting/audit
- experience in ML model development and advanced data analysis (Python, SQL, Spark)
- advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- experience working with generative LLMs and AI agents
- successful cases of forming requirements and accepting ML models in the field of insurance risk management
- experience in analyzing insurance portfolios and calculating key risk metrics
