Yandex 360 includes Disk, Mail, Documents, and other collaboration services. We are looking for a Lead for our UX-editing team who will develop the team and make texts more effective and higher quality. Apply if you have more than three years of experience leading a UX-editing team, managing projects, and are ready to quickly dive into processes.

Yandex 360 includes Disk, Mail, Documents, Calendar, Telemost, and other collaboration services used by millions of people. Our products are suitable for both personal tasks and businesses of any scale. Our UX-editing team actively participates in the creation of these products — and we are looking for a Lead for it.

The team consists of seven people — all experienced, independent writers. We are responsible not only for interface texts but also for related formats, such as automated emails and changelogs in stores. We also have many initiatives for the team's development: we are implementing AI and research, maintaining a knowledge base, and creating internal guides. The Lead will manage a subgroup of three to four people within this team and also spend about a third of their time writing texts.

This is a temporary position, for approximately one to one and a half years. There will be prospects to stay — we are part of a large product editing department that almost always needs great managers.
