Sila Sveta is an interactive media studio where we create projects at the intersection of technology, design, and art: multimedia installations, immersive spaces, museums and exhibitions, shows, ceremonies, and special projects for brands.
We are looking for a producer with strong experience in implementing technically complex multimedia projects in an offline format — from receiving client requests and developing concepts to production, installation, and project launch on-site.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US
- Extensive experience in full-cycle project management in the field of multimedia, shows, culture, museum, and exhibition projects.
- Clear understanding of all stages of multimedia project implementation: creative concept, content production, technical design, equipment integration, installation, and launch.
- Strong skills in managing project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, experience in selling projects, presenting and defending proposed solutions.
- Excellent skills in preparing and managing budgets, estimates, and production schedules.
- Good understanding of CG and VFX production principles.
- Confident knowledge of modern multimedia technologies: video projection, projection mapping, LED, interactive systems, holographic solutions, XR, VR, and AR.
- Ability to work simultaneously with creative, technical, production, financial, and legal teams.
- English language for conducting negotiations, correspondence, and working with international clients and contractors.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Processing incoming requests and preparing briefs for the project team.
- Conducting initial meetings with clients, clarifying tasks, expectations, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Organizing the development of creative concepts, pre-sale and tender proposals.
- Forming the project team and coordinating the work of all participants.
- Preparing commercial proposals, budgets, and project implementation schedules.
- Consolidating information and calculations from internal departments, contractors, and suppliers.
- Presenting and defending concepts, commercial proposals, budgets, and deadlines to clients.
- Accompanying the contract conclusion process in conjunction with the studio's legal and financial departments.
- Managing the project at all stages: from concept and content production to technical implementation and on-site launch.
- Monitoring deadlines, budget, quality, resources, and financial results of the project.
- Organizing the selection of contractors and suppliers.
- Maintaining project documentation, recording agreements, and preparing regular status updates and reports.
- Participating in installation, testing, rehearsals, and project handover to the client.
