We are actively scaling, entering new geos, and strengthening our HR team. Therefore, we are looking for an HR specialist who will take charge of developing our corporate culture and become an assistant in employee development, performance reviews, and assessments.
If you are motivated by the idea of influencing not only the "atmosphere" but also the real growth of people in the company — let's get acquainted.
What is this role?
This is not just an HR role focused on "activities".
This is a role at the intersection of:
- Corporate culture
- Internal communications
- Performance management
- Employee development
You will help us ensure that:
- People are interested and engaged in their work
- Everyone understands their growth path and development
- Assessment processes are not a formality but a working business tool
What you will do:
Corporate Culture and Engagement
- Develop culture in a fully remote environment;
- Devise and launch online activities: quizzes, games, challenges, streams;
- Manage internal communications: posts, digests, surveys, interactive content;
- Generate new formats (sections, special projects, mini-shows, etc.);
- Work with engagement: collect feedback, analyze metrics, improve eNPS;
- Participate in onboarding (including collecting feedback from the new hire).
Employee Development and Assessment
- Support the performance review cycle (preparation, communication, deadlines);
- Assist the L&D team in assessment and development processes;
- Formulate and propose relevant development topics for employees;
- Search for and attract external and internal speakers for specific needs;
- Organize training formats: online meetings, workshops, internal lectures;
- Launch alternative learning formats — recorded podcasts, case studies, mini-courses.
Processes and Analytics
- Maintain reporting on activities and performance processes;
- Analyze the effectiveness of initiatives;
- Propose improvements and new solutions.
What is important to us:
- 3+ years of HR experience (preferably with a focus on culture / L&D / performance);
- Experience in IT / iGaming / digital, and crucially, with remote teams;
- Understanding of how performance reviews and assessment processes work;
- Communication skills: you can write in a way that people want to read and understand what content formats can be offered to different generations;
- Ability to work with data (spreadsheets, reports, analytics);
- Creativity + systematic approach (a combination is important here);
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and bring them to completion.
Why it's great to work with us:
- Minimal bureaucracy and quick decisions;
- Opportunity to truly influence culture and processes, not just "maintain the status quo";
- Strong team and direct interaction with the business;
- Good salary (paid twice a month);
- Performance-based bonuses and a 13th salary at New Year;
- Opportunity to take vacation or a few days off after 3 months of work;
- Compensation for sports and education;
- Corporate English lessons;
- Fully remote format — work from any geo.
