The perfumery and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for a Director of Training and Personnel Development to effectively meet the needs of a rapidly growing company and improve HR business processes with a team of 200 people in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, the UAE, and Qatar.
What needs to be done:
- Manage the integration and development of four training departments into a single L&D structure
- Build a system for onboarding new employees, reducing time to full productivity
- Design and implement training for retail and distribution centers on operational processes and systems
- Create a system for identifying and developing leaders, manage the talent pool
- Implement digital learning tools (LMS, microlearning, gamification)
- Apply a product and marketing approach to educational programs, evaluate ROI and business benefits
- Manage a team of heads of training departments, be a partner to the HR Director
What is expected from the candidate:
- Product and marketing mindset: ability to manage programs as products, operate with data and metrics
- High cognitive abilities and systemic thinking
- High level of managerial competencies: experience leading leaders for 3+ years
- High level of communication skills: ability to convey ideas, inspire with them, speak the language of the interlocutor
- L&D experience of 5+ years, with 2+ years in a leadership position
- Experience in building an onboarding system, training on operational processes, leadership development, and talent pool management
- Experience implementing digital learning tools (LMS, microlearning, etc.)
