💻 Seeking Team Lead (Node.JS\React)

We are an international Web3 project and one of the top crypto exchanger aggregators. Our service aggregates offers from reliable partners, supports thousands of popular tokens, and finds the best market rates for users. We make cryptocurrency exchange as simple, secure, and convenient as possible.

Our stack: Node.js, NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL, Redis, React, MobX, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

Responsibilities: • Manage the entire project dev team; • Dive deep into the product and establish communication with the business; • Design frontend and backend architecture, make key technical decisions; • Develop and scale high-load backend services on Node.js / NestJS; • Integrate new exchangers, Web3 providers, and external APIs; • Optimize work with PostgreSQL, Redis, caching, queues, and network interactions; • Ensure the security, stability, and high performance of the product; • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and help the team make strong engineering decisions; • Participate in planning and influence the technical roadmap with the product team.

What we expect from the candidate: • 4–5+ years of commercial experience in Web3 (full-stack or strong backend + confident frontend); • Deep knowledge of: Node.js, TypeScript, experience with NestJS and complex REST APIs; • Experience in managing and building a team; • Ability to interact with the business; • Confident frontend expertise: React, understanding of architecture, state management, rendering optimization; • Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL, ability to write efficient queries, design data structures, and optimize the DB; • Experience with Redis, caching, and highload systems; • Understanding of principles for building secure, fault-tolerant, and scalable services; • Experience in architectural design and making technical decisions; • Mentoring skills, conducting code reviews, and fostering engineering culture; • Remote work from any country, __ except for the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.__
