Popular Art School OP-POP-ART is looking for an Art Historian (Modern Art).
OP-POP-ART Popular Art School is the largest online school in Russia with an innovative and authorial program by Anastasia Postrigay for studying art history in a simple and accessible language.
We are looking for a teacher for the modern art course to join our team. If your research interests are related to 20th-century art, if you are passionate about the profession and ready to talk for hours about why a urinal is art, and Oleg Kulik is not a schizophrenic, you will be gladly welcomed to the team.
What an Art Historian does:
- Develop and conduct online lectures as part of educational courses, electives, and offline events;
- Check written assignments (homework, essays, term papers, final qualifying projects) in accordance with quality criteria and within the specified deadlines;
- Lead study groups and support students throughout the course;
- Accompany students during the writing of final qualifying projects (FKR);
- Participate in work with the marketing department: fact-checking materials, assisting in content plan development, writing posts and publications for social networks, shooting reels, conducting open and sales-oriented live streams.
Requirements:
- Higher education (bachelor's, specialist, master's degree) — art historian, art history;
- Knowledge of art theory and history;
- Teaching experience, development of educational courses, conducting online lectures (from one year);
- Experience in developing content plans and managing social media groups;
- Adherence to established schedules and deadlines.
